The other walls boast exquisite tiles making this room a cooks’ dream to work in. A central island with saucepan rack overhead completes this well thought out, workable kitchen. 

The lounge has an open fireplace with a large wood burner; this very light and airy room has quadruple folding picture window doors that open onto a covered terrace which overlooks the formal garden and swimming pool. It is fantastic in the summer months to have these doors open enabling you to be outside, whilst inside, in the heat of the day. This room also has hot and cold air-conditioning.

The dining area has a fabulous built-in sideboard with a large mirror which reflects the room beautifully. There is a window which opens onto the covered terrace. 

The lounge/dining room has central heating and air-conditioning.  

The wrap around terrace on this level has three separate areas including an exquisite Moroccan terrace which overlooks the garden and pool.  

There are a couple of steps leading up from the terrace to the outside dining area. 

Continuing round you come to the kitchen terrace, this terrace is lovely to enjoy breakfast here with spectacular views of the valley and mountains beyond.

From this terrace, there are a couple of steps leading out into the pool garden. Some further steps to the side lead down onto the lower terrace.
