The land measures 8,440 sq m and has 40 olive trees and a well. Although it is on the edge of the village it is within the boundaries for building with electricity, water and telephone cables in the proximity and access from a tarmac country lane on both sides.
The land enjoys fabulous countryside views and distant views of the Ionian Sea. It is in the ideal area for nature lovers, quiet and peaceful yet has easy access to the town of Kyparissia where you will find a great variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. An open air market takes place there every Wednesday and there are National festivals throughout the year.
A bit further away is the town of Kopanaki with a great market on Sundays selling fruit and vegetables, as well as many other products and merchandise. Visiting Kopanaki is a good opportunity to sit in one of the cafes in the square, relax and enjoy watching the world go by.
Peloponnese is steeped in history and culture and the sun shines most of the year. There are many regional attractions that include the ancient site of Olympia, the waterfalls of the river Neda, the lake of Kaifa, Kalamata town with its lovely shops and market, the town of Pylos, the golf course of Navarino Bay, just to mention a few.
