The old Finca house is in need of refurbishment and comprises of 6 rooms. It has a carport and an unusually large garage. There are further barns/corales to the rear of the property having previously been used to house animals. There is an independent brick-built generator room. This house has a topography drawing and could be restored to a very high standard if the purchaser wished.
There is a field included within the sale which is currently laid to vines, but these have not been tended in the last year. There are fruit trees and pine trees which offer much needed shade in the summer.

Jumilla is a town renowned for its vineyards, olive trees and fruit trees. There is easy access from Jumilla to the city of Murcia which is less than one hour away by car.
